 Bromsgrove Sporting finished their league campaign without losing a game when they beat Lichfield City 5-0 at the Victoria Ground.

Sporting had to wait until the 44th. minute to take the lead when Robbie Bunn disposessed former Rousler Joe Haines, found John Pykett who crossed for Chris Lloyd to smash the ball home.

The Rouslers doubled their lead a minute into the second half when a cross by Aaron Roberts from the right found the head of leading scorer Jason Cowley who duly found the bottom corner. Midfielder Liam Spink added a third in the 69th. minute when his right foot shot from the edge of the area found the far corner of the net. Substitute Andy Nicol added a fourth in the 83rd. minute when he latched onto Jack Wilson's through ball to score with aplomb. Nicol added a fifth 4 minutes later when a Roberts crossed was spilled by the Lichfield 'keeper and the striker was on hand to find the net.

So Sporting have gone the season gaining a record 104 points for this division, equalling the amount of league wins set by Coventry United last season, scored 132 goals (1 behing Hinckley AFC) and only conceeded 22 goals - another league record.
